1. After buying your voucher a confirmation email will be sent to you by Radio Exe

2. You will be sent an E-ticket by the event organisers at least two weeks before the event

3. Print off your E-ticket or present it on arrival at the gates

4. There will be contact details in your first email if you have any further questions or queries

*Buyers must be 18 or over. You can buy a maximum of four vouchers per purchase, which cannot be used with any other offers

*Your E-ticket can be printed or presented on arrival. No duplicates or refunds are issued for lost, forgotten, or unused tickets

*All spectators enter at their own risk. No responsibility is accepted for any accident, injury, loss, or damage

*The organisers reserve the right to vary the event or refuse admission at any time without a refund

*Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled before the start of the competition

(If abandoned mid-way, partial refunds apply (Saturday 60%, Sunday 15%)

*Admission is by pre-paid voucher only; walk-ins are not permitted
