1. After buying your voucher, a confirmation email will be sent to you by Radio Exe

2. You will be sent an E-ticket by the event organisers at least two weeks before the event

3. Print off your E-ticket or present it on arrival at the gates on your chosen day

4. There will be contact details in your first email if you have any further questions or queries

VOUCHER RULES:

*Buyers must be 18 or over. You can buy a maximum of four vouchers per purchase, which cannot be used with any other offers

*Your E-ticket can be printed or presented on arrival. No duplicates or refunds are issued for lost, forgotten, or unused tickets

*You must specify which day you want to attend. Each ticket is valid for one day only (Saturday or Sunday)

*All spectators enter at their own risk. No responsibility is accepted for any accident, injury, loss, or damage

*The organisers reserve the right to vary the event or refuse admission at any time without a refund

*Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled before the start of the competition

(If abandoned mid-way, partial refunds apply (Saturday 60%, Sunday 15%)

*Admission is by pre-paid voucher only; walk-ins are not permitted.

*Please wear suitable footwear for uneven and steep terrain
